Vice President, Enterprise Safety at Covenant Logistics
Misti Olszewski, Vice President of Enterprise Safety, has grown up in the trucking industry and was named 2023 Top Women to Watch by Women in Trucking. Misti is the daughter, granddaughter and sister of truck drivers and owner-operators which gives her a unique perspective on the trucking industry as well as a personal drive to keep both drivers and the motoring public safe. Misti started her career as a Risk Analyst at Covenant Transport and over the course of her 20+ year career now oversees the asset-based carriers under the Covenant Logistics umbrella. Misti has held roles in both the in-house Claims area as well as Safety, and bearing witness to the difference that safety tech makes has fueled her passion for ensuring others have the proper checks and balances in place with polices, processes and procedures.
