**First-Time Motor Carrier and Exhibitor status is subject to verification. Email Registrations@trucking.org to see if you qualify and receive the online promotion code. The code must be entered into the Promotion Code field on the Review & Payment screen when registering online. 

Registration is required to attend ANY event activities. Full Conference Registration includes all SSHR activities, including access to open committee meetings, educational sessions, receptions, breaks, food functions, and the exhibition. Spouse/Guest registration only provides access to food and beverage activities.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Only those registered for the event will receive the hotel booking link in their registration confirmation email.

We kindly request 3 business days to process all registrations submitted by email, fax or mail. Shortly after the registration is processed the registration confirmation email with the hotel booking link will generate and send.

Change & Cancellation Policy

ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.

Changes: Monday, March 23, is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Wednesday, April 1, change requests will be accepted onsite at the SSHR Registration Desk.

Cancellations: Monday, March 9, is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less than a $200 per person cancellation fee.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after March 9.
