In collaboration with the sales team, Kala develops innovative revenue opportunities that support the association's growth.
With nearly 15 years of experience, Kala has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, building high-performing teams, and creating customized marketing strategies that deliver results. Before joining ATA, she served as Director of Strategy for The Townsend Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of SmithBucklin.
