Anthony M. Casaletta is a Senior Counsel in Conn Maciel Carey LLP’s Detroit, Michigan office where he provides the full range of workplace safety and health law services.

Mr. Casaletta counsels and defends employers in a wide range of workplace health and safety matters conducted by Federal and State OSHA programs including Michigan Occupational Safety and Health (“MIOSHA”). He supports clients in all aspects of litigation against OSHA, from managing on-site inspections and investigations, to counseling on compliance with OSHA enforcement rules and standards.

David C. Randolph M.D., PhD, M.P.H is an active Occupational Medicine physician in practice for 35 years. He is the Past President of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. He was a contributor to the AMA 5th Edition Guides, and a reviewer of the 6th edition. He completed his PhD in Epidemiology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. His interests include polypharmacy, forensic toxicology, CRPS, nutritional/vitamin deficiencies and chronic pain. He is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is an Eagle Scout.

Trang Nguyen MD, PhD is an Occupational Medicine physician and an Epidemiologist in Houston, Texas. She is the President of MedicusRx. She completed a Doctoral Degree in Epidemiology at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. Dr. Nguyen is a clinician and a researcher for 20 years. Her research interests include study design, biostatistics, and artificial intelligence utilizing big data analysis for strategic healthcare planning. She was an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. Dr.

Maverick Matthews is the Director of Security Operations and Physical Security for Knight-Swift Transportation. Starting at Swift Transportation in 2004, he has been a part of every aspect of Security Department; from Uniform Security team to Backgrounds team and the Investigators. His current primary role is working with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team which tracks the cargo, Enforces the Loss Prevention policies and triages after hours emergencies for Security, HR and Safety.

Mike Lutzenkirchen is the father of the late Philip Lutzenkirchen, former Auburn University student-athlete (football) from 2009-2012. Philip was a 3x Southeast Conference Academic Honor Roll student, 2x Captain and key player on the 2010 National Championship team. Since Philip’s passing in 2014, Mike has served as the Executive Director of the Lutzie 43 Foundation and has made it his mission in life to carry out Philip’s legacy. Prior to starting the Lutzie 43 Foundation, Mike’s career in sales, sales management and marketing included positions with Macmillan Publishing & IBM.
