Kala Burke serves as Vice President of Marketing for the American Trucking Associations, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives that promote ATA events, drive new membership acquisition, boost product sales, and generate non-dues revenue. In collaboration with the sales team, Kala develops innovative revenue opportunities that support the association's growth.

Misti Olszewski, Vice President of Enterprise Safety, has grown up in the trucking industry and was named 2023 Top Women to Watch by Women in Trucking. Misti is the daughter, granddaughter and sister of truck drivers and owner-operators which gives her a unique perspective on the trucking industry as well as a personal drive to keep both drivers and the motoring public safe. Misti started her career as a Risk Analyst at Covenant Transport and over the course of her 20+ year career now oversees the asset-based carriers under the Covenant Logistics umbrella.

Michael Lasko, Vice President of EHS and Quality for Skelton Truck Lines & Boyle Transportation, has been working in transportation for over 20 years. He began his career as a professional driver before moving into operations and safety management. Michael joined Boyle Transportation as the Manager of Safety and Quality in 2015. He is a certified Smith System Advanced Driving Concepts Instructor, DOT trained and certified Hazardous Materials Instructor, and a certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
