Join us for a panel discussion led by Jeremy Reymer, exploring how the industry is working together to support driver wellness. In partnership with the Trucking Cares Foundation, Pilot Foundation, and CH Robinson Foundation, the Next Generation in Trucking (NGT) Foundation is developing TruckFit—a practical curriculum designed to help drivers maintain a healthier lifestyle on the road.

Dr. Mark Manera, creator of TruckFit, will introduce the program, covering essential topics like nutrition, simple truck-friendly exercises, and mental well-being. Attendees will also hear from Road Team Driver Gina Jones, who will share her personal experiences with staying healthy on the road, and Lindsey Trent, President of NGT, who will highlight efforts to promote wellness among future drivers.

This session offers valuable insights and resources to help drivers at all stages of their careers prioritize their health and well-being.
