• Learn how to do tasks in a way to limit, if not avoid, exposure in lawsuits such as the preventability determination.
• Learn how what you say in your manuals and on your webpage can impact litigation and detonate verdicts.
• Get informed on the latest Plaintiff tactics, such as “The Black Curtain” attack and how to avoid it.
• Review examples from cases in which these elements have had an impact.
