Everyone will agree that safety training and driver retention are essential, but do they correlate with each other?  This session will explore a holistic approach to training that utilizes a “training to learn” process that improves safety and driver retention.  Additionally, the discussion will include a case study of the Covenant SAFE driving system development and implementation.
