Director Enterprise Safety Training at Covenant
Steve spent over 31 years with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) in a variety of roles including oversight of California’s Commercial enforcement training and enforcement program, as President of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, and as Chief of Valley Division in Sacramento. He has obtained instructor certifications from the California Specialized Training Institute, CHP, and National Judicial College, as well as served as an Adjunct Professor for William Jessup University. Steve has a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University and a Masters in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix. For the past two years he has developed and implemented the Covenant SAFE Driving system to improve safety and retention at Covenant.
