Daniel C. Deacon is a Partner in the Washington, DC office of Conn Maciel Carey, working in both the Labor • Employment and OSHA • Workplace Safety Practice Groups.  Dan's practice focuses on all aspects of occupational safety & health law and labor and employment law.  He represents employers in inspections, investigations and enforcement actions involving OSHA and other state and local safety related agencies. 

Chris Spear is president and CEO of the American Trucking Associations, the nation’s leading organization representing the interests of the trucking industry.  

As president and CEO, Chris leads ATA’s efforts to advocate and educate on behalf of the trucking industry. Employing more than 7 million people and moving more than 10 billion tons of freight annually, trucking is the industry most responsible for moving America’s economy. 

Donielle oversees the Corporate Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) program, advising leadership on industry trends and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. She manages safety audits, hazard assessments, and injury management programs while integrating EH&S policies into company operations.

With over 20 years in environmental consulting—including a decade supporting A. Duie Pyle—Donielle has extensive experience in regulatory compliance across DOT, OSHA, EPA, FDA, TSA, and more.

Doug Marcello, a shareholder with the law firm of Saxton & Stump and Chief Legal Officer of Bluewire, is a trucking defense attorney with a CDL. He had represented trucking clients across the country, having been specially admitted for cases in 35 states. Doug received the 2018 Leadership Award of the ATA Safety Council. He has served on the advisory board of the American Trucking Research Institute.

Born and raised on a dairy farm in central Illinois in a family of seven, Steve graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1983 before embarking on a military career. As a U.S. Army Medic, Aeromedical Technician, and Paratrooper, he served with the 247th Medical Detachment and 82nd Airborne Division. Notably, his unit was among the first to deploy within 24 hours of Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in 1990.

Priscilla has over 27 years experience in the transportation industry, specializing in driver recruiting, retention, marketing, advertising, communications and training.

She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Conversion Interactive Agency, the largest recruitment technology and advertising agency in the trucking industry. 

Priscilla is the co-host of The Resource podcast, was named a 2023 Top Woman to Watch in Trucking by Women in Trucking, and was awarded the 2024 Brand Innovator Award by the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association.
